The Christmas season has always been my favorite of the year. And with all the excitement leading to Christmas Day, I’ve always been a huge fan of counting down the days with an Advent Calendar. Something about counting down each day is innate within me, so much so that I’ve often throughout the years created my own countdowns for various other events. That though will probably have to wait for another post. :-)

The other day as I was perusing iPhone app deals I stumbled across this, the perfect marriage between my love of the iPhone and my love of the Christmas season – appventcalendar.com. Yeah, that’s an Advent calendar where every day you can get a free iPhone game! Now it is obviously a few days in already, but there’s still quite a few days left. I’ve downloaded a couple of the ones thus far, and have found some pretty fun games, especially for the price of FREE. The makers claim the last two days are something bigger than just a game download. Not really sure what else they might be offering though, I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

So do yourself a favor and check it out. The way I figure it, you get twenty-some free game downloads for your phone, and even if only 1 of them turns out to be something you keep on there it’s a win!!
